The MAZDA Wrench Light Reset Process: Revealed
In general, this is the Mazda wrench light reset process for most Mazda vehicles for the last 10-years. Push-button start and traditional key models are similar. Additional models are discussed below:
- With your key in position 2 (or your push-button pressed with your foot off the brake), power up your Mazda without the vehicle running
- On your touchscreen/main menu, scroll to Applications ---> Vehicle Status Monitor ---> Maintenance ---> Oil Change ---> Reset
- At this point, your system will ask if you want to reset the oil-change/life meter
- Select YES
- Congrats, you've just reset your Mazda wrench light!
