John Dyer is a Sales Manager for Dyer Chevrolet and has been in the auto business for 4 years. He moved through the ranks quickly after proving himself as a salesman and achieving top sales within his first three months on the job. He has completed the Mazda Master Sales Manager Certification and is also a Subaru Certified Sales Manager. John is dedicated to making the car buying process both a fun and painless experience for our customers. He genuinely takes pride in what he does and cares about the needs of each person that walks through the door. John was raised, along with his brother Will, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is an avid boater and fisherman but also enjoys cycling and listening to music.
Randy Caputo is the General Sales Manager for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda and Subaru. Randy has been a part of the auto industry since 1979 and he calls Fredericksburg, Virginia, his hometown. His favorite memory in the business is selling 5 vehicles in one day and 25 vehicles in one month. A self-proclaimed "geek", Randy enjoys spending time building computers, but he also loves a good NASCAR race. He is a family man and is most content spending time with his family at home.
John Sottie is our Finance Director, overseeing all 3 stores, and he has been in the industry for 27 years. His most memorable experience is delivering 28 cars in a single day and he says that meeting new people is the best part of his job. John has a degree in Finance from the University of Florida and he is a Vero Beach native. When he's not at work, you will likely find John on a boat, playing golf or at the beach, but he especially takes pleasure in spending time with his family.
Joe Sanchez is our Sales Administrator at Dyer Chevy Mazda Subaru where he especially likes the challenge that comes with problem solving involved in his work. He has been in the business for 27 years and hails to us from Brooklyn, New York. Joe has fond memories of the years he spent as a radio broadcaster for the Vero Beach Dodgers. He was also on the air in Mississippi, New Jersey and New York. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he received his bachelor's degree. Joe appreciates a good meal and frequents Bobby's Restaurant with his wife and family. He enjoys playing strat-o-matic baseball and reading in his spare time.
Mark Howard is our Pre-Owned Inventory Manager at Dyer Chevrolet and hails from Maywood, Illinois. Mark is new to the business, and has been at Dyer Chevy for just a little over a year. Mark really knows his cars and he is a Certified Chevy Mazda and Subaru sales associate. He truly enjoys helping people and especially recalls a customer's tears of joy when he helped her with her first new car purchase. Mark is a family man that is close to his parents and God. He is newly married to Mandy who he feels is the most beautiful woman in the world and he adores his step daughter, Priscilla. His favorite pastimes include bowling, fishing and travel and he also enjoys going to Universal, Islands of Adventure and Disney in his spare time.
Angela Young is our Internet Sales Manager for Dyer Chevy, Mazda and Subaru. She has been a part of the auto industry for 7 years, coming to us from Memphis, Tennessee. She has earned Certified Internet Sales Consultant qualifications for Chevrolet, Mazda and Subaru. Angela names customer satisfaction as a priority and takes pleasure in talking with a happy customer months after the sale knowing that they are enjoying their vehicle. She loves her job and is very content in working with co-workers that she refers to as "the best team around!" Angela spends her time outside of work at the beach, with family and friends and playing with her dogs. She also enjoys scrap booking in her free time.
Natalie Fincik is the Digital Media Coordinator for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru and is brand new to the car business. Natalie finds her job both challenging and fun with something new and different to work on each day. The positive attitudes of her co-workers are a highlight that she appreciates as well. She has an AS in Business Administration and grew up in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. Natalie coaches cheerleading and gymnastics outside of work and has been a coach for more than 20 years. One of her favorite memories was taking 14 local competitive gymnasts to Woodward Gymnastics Camp in Pennsylvania for a week and staying in the gym until 10 pm each night. Natalie is also very politically active and enjoys supporting and campaigning for Conservative candidates that believe in the principles of the U.S. Constitution. Her favorite place to be is anywhere near the ocean, but especially likes to spend time in the Florida Keys.
Ann Marie Storey is the Sales Manager for our Mazda and Subaru stores. She has been in the auto industry for 10 years and highlights visiting Subaru's Zero Landfill Factory as her most memorable experience. She has achieved Mazda's Master Certification and also holds Subaru and Chevrolet Certifications. Ann Marie is always eager to see the smile on the face of her customers as they drive away in their new vehicle. Her co-workers know that she's arrived at work when they hear her say it's "the best day ever!" as she walks in the door. She is a local native Floridian from the neighboring city of Melbourne. Ann Marie loves discovering new music and enjoys knitting and reading and her daughter, Sarah, is her absolute favorite person ever!
Bill Donnelly is the Service Director for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda and Subaru. He has spent 27 years in the auto industry and comes from Waterford, Michigan. His experience in the business helped him achieve Edge Magazine's Service Director of the Month for the Oldsmobile division back in 1999. This prestigious title is awarded to an individual by their peers within the industry. What Bill finds most rewarding about his work, is watching the service teams at the Chevy and Mazda Subaru stores reach their performance goals and turning clients into lifelong Dyer customers. Bill earned a Bachelors of Science from Madonna College and is a GM Parts and Service College graduate. Away from work, you can most likely find Bill on the golf course, at a good Irish Pub or on a spontaneous vacation to "nowhere". He also enjoys cooking, comedy and jazz clubs. Bill is especially proud of his family and loves watching his kids raise their own kids.
Dennis Sclafani is the Service Manager at Dyer Subaru Mazda and has spent 20 years in the industry. He stresses the importance of making our customers feel special when they bring their vehicle in for service. In fact, Dennis identifies marrying one of our service customers as his most memorable experience! I guess that makes his wife the "most special" customer of all! Dennis has received many accolades during his career including the Top Dog Award for C.S.I (3 times), and the GM Service Excellence Award 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2001, he completed certification for GM University of Automotive Management. Dennis has been a part of the Vero Beach community since 1983 but his hometown is Wilbraham, Massachusetts. He enjoys boating, motorcycles, camping, NASCAR and golfing. He names his parents, wife, family and President Ronald Reagan as his favorite people and the Keys, New England and Old Town in Kissimmee as his favorite places.
Brandon Wells is a Service Writer for Dyer Mazda and Subaru and he is a freshman with a little over a year in the business. The best part of his job is learning new things every day and working toward a goal. He is a Mazda Certified Lead Counterperson and is very knowledgeable in his area. Brandon likes to race go-karts and actually won the State Championship title for Florida Karting Association in 2004. Outside of work, he also enjoys working on his mud truck, going fishing or hunting and wakeboarding. Some places that you could find Brandon are on his boat, at the beach or at the race track.

Cindy
Bingham is the Warranty Administrator for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru
and she is Certified in GM, Subaru and Mazda Warranty Administration.
Cindy's been in the auto industry for "lots" of years, in fact, she
started down her career path at the age of 14 when she began working as a
night time receptionist and cashier for the dealership her father
worked at. While she "can't remember" her most memorable experience,
this funny lady says that the best part of her job is laughing at all
the crazy men that she gets to work with. It just makes her day to catch
them doing something silly. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys the beach,
boating and shopping. She likes to spend time with family and friends
but Mom is her still her best friend. Mexico and the beach top Cindy's
list of favorite places to go.
Debbie Collins is the Manager of the Parts Department at Dyer Mazda. She has been in the car business for 27 years and likes the fact that each day at work brings something different. She loves seeing happy customers drive away in their newly purchased car. Debbie's most memorable experience is sky diving. She's an outdoorsy individual that is fond of the mountains and the river and enjoys going on cruises. Debbie loves to spend time with family and friends and she also likes to work on home improvement projects.
Steve Coburn works at the Parts Counter for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru.
Also known as "Rooster" or "Steven Segall" to some, Steve has been in
the auto industry for more than 6 years. The best part of his job is the
way everyone works as a team and he enjoys gaining new friends from
co-workers. Steve also likes the challenge of solving problems while at
work. Outside of work, Steve is interested in music and is a guitarist
and songwriter. He admires the musical abilities of Jeff Buckley. Steve
enjoys reading and travel and names New York and Italy as his favorite
places.
Tracy Bock is the company Controller and Office Manager for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru. She has been in the industry for 21 years and comes from Pinckney, Michigan. Tracy has furthered her education by completing the GMAC Controller's Seminar and has earned the Business Accounting Managers Council Award. Tracy says the best part of her job is interacting with her co-workers. She remembers well how all the employees showed up after the hurricanes of 2004 to help with the clean up. Even through trying times, everyone stepped up to the plate and worked hard during the reconstruction. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys going to see her favorite musicians perform in concert but also enjoys good local bands. She is proud of her son, Billy, who is her favorite person. Tracy also loves the mountains in Georgia but is just as content to watch the sunset sitting on her back deck at home.
Patty Stiles is the Assistant Office Manager and Director of Human Resources at Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru. She has been in the car business for 13 years. Patty is from Smithtown, New York, but Florida has been her home for more than 20 years. The best part of her job, to Patty, is the people she works with. Her most memorable experience is the birth of her daughter. She feels that her biggest achievement in life is that she's raising her daughter to be a kind and responsible person. Along with her daughter, she names her partner Wayne as someone special in her life. Patty loves gardening and especially enjoys caring for her orchids and roses. She likes to spend time at home lounging around the pool. Reading and working on Sudoku puzzles are some of her other favorite past times.
Jessica Breijak is a Billing Clerk at Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru and has been in the auto industry for 9 years. She's been to Hell, literally, coming to us from Hell, Michigan. Her favorite memories are the births of her three kids. Jessica is very involved with the education of her children and is proud of their competitive cheerleading accomplishments. She enjoys spending her free time with family and names her three beautiful children, Kayla, Caitlyn and Zachary, as her favorite people.

Jill Lee is a Receptionist and Office Clerk for Dyer Chevy Mazda and Subaru stores. She has spent 27 years in the business and says the best part of her job is working with numbers. Jill enjoys the challenge of making the books balance. She is local to the area coming from Fellsmere and the birth of her son is one of her best memories. Jill loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing, gardening, riding ATVs and taking care of her dogs and horses. She loves to spend time with her grand children, family and friends and her favorite places are the mountains and the stick marsh.
